A.G. Anderson Ltd. has produced Band castings, Crowns, Wicket Gates, Kaplan Blades and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Patterns for the Hydro Generation market for over 15 years. Utilizing Non Destruction Examination testing (NDE) on our rough-machined Bands and Crowns ensures their integrity. A.G. Anderson Wicket Gates are typically machined. Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Liquid Particle Inspection (LPI) are done in-house to accelerate delivery times. Our CNC pattern making capability can further reduce lead times and expedite deliveries. If required to further expedite delivery, patterns can be made by CNC machine rather than by conventional methods.
