- New Heat Treat Furnace Installed and Operational (Spring 2008)

  • 8 Million BTU’s

  • 12’ x 8’ x 6’ Height

-New IMF Shakeout Machine

  • 2500mm (98.4”) x 3600mm (141.7”) Bed.

- (2006) A pit has been created on the melt floor, 12'X24'X3' deep, to assist with pouring taller molds.

 - New cranes have been added to AGA during the expansion. We have added three 10 ton, on 6.3 ton, and seven 5 ton cranes to the facility

 - Back in 2002, AGA decided to expand the current facility by 55,000 square feet to help satisfy increasing customer demands.  Part of the expansion was allocated to pattern storage to assist with decreasing delays for pattern movements & review of pattern conditions.

 

 - In 2005 AGA increase melt capacity from 7000 lbs. to 16,000 lbs. by adding two new induction furnaces.  Current castings can now be poured up to 10,000 lbs.  This new capacity was added to satisfy customer demands for larger castings & more capacity.
